Critical export markets like China and the US are putting in efforts for recovery, especially during the end-of-year shopping season. As the 30th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and the UAE approaches, the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) could be signed, creating favorable conditions for catfish exports and other Vietnamese goods to access the Middle Eastern market.
