Kế Toán Thanh Toán ( Thu Nhập Hấp Dẫn 8-10 Triệu/ Tháng )

• Tiếp nhận tất cả các hóa đơn, thủ tục liên quan đến quá trình thanh toán, tạm ứng, hoàn ứng từ các bộ phận, nhà cung cấp.
• Kiểm tra, soát xét tính hợp lý, hợp pháp của hóa đơn, chứng từ liên quan. Đảm bảo chứng từ hợp lệ, đúng quy định, đúng chế độ tài chính, kế toán. Hạch toán hóa đơn đầu vào lên phần mềm Misa
• Theo dõi và quản lý hợp đồng, lưu trữ sắp xếp một cách khoa học
• Theo dõi công nợ phải trả, lập kế hoạch thanh toán với nhà cung cấp hàng tuần, hàng tháng.
• Giao dịch, làm việc với ngân hàng, lấy sổ phụ ngân hàng, hạch toán sổ phụ. Lưu trữ chứng từ ngân hàng cẩn thận, hợp lý.
• Theo dõi hồ sơ vay ngân hàng: tổng hợp danh sách vay và giải ngân kèm chứng từ hợp lệ; Theo dõi số dư các tài khoản vay
• Theo dõi chi phí văn phòng, hạch toán phân bổ vào phần mềm Misa
• Chốt số liệu sổ sách, đối chiếu với thủ quỹ, báo cáo kiểm kê quỹ.
• Các nghiệp vụ kế toán thanh toán theo yêu cầu của Kế toán trưởng.
• Các công việc theo yêu cầu.

• Tốt nghiệp Đại học/Cao đẳng chuyên ngành Kế toán, kiểm toán.
• Sử dụng thành thạo tin học văn phòng.
• Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm tại vị trí tương đương
• Nghiệp vụ kế toán tốt, sử dụng tốt phần mềm kế toán Misa
• Cẩn thận, chịu khó, trung thực

• Lương : từ 8-10 triệu , thỏa thuận theo năng lực
• Ký kết HĐLĐ và hưởng đầy đủ các chế độ BHYT, BHXH, BHTN theo qui định của Bộ luật Lao động và Luật Bảo hiểm xã hội;
• Thưởng dự án (nếu có), thưởng các dịp lễ tết và các chế độ phúc lợi khác theo quy định của Công ty;
• Môi trường làm việc năng động, trẻ trung;Được tham gia các khóa đào tạo theo nhu cầu phát triển SXKD của Công ty.

Cách thức ứng tuyển

• Receive all invoices and related procedures for payment, advances, refunds from departments and suppliers.
• Verify and review the reasonableness and legality of invoices and related documents. Ensure that documents are valid, compliant with regulations, and adhere to financial and accounting standards. Record input invoices in Misa software.
• Monitor and manage contracts, organize them systematically.
• Track accounts payable, establish payment plans with suppliers on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Conduct transactions and work with banks, obtain bank subsidiary ledgers, and record them meticulously and appropriately.
• Monitor bank loan files: consolidate loan lists and disbursements with valid documents; Monitor loan account balances.
• Monitor office expenses, allocate them in the Misa software.
• Finalize bookkeeping, reconcile with the treasurer, and report on fund audits.
• Perform payment accounting tasks as required by the Chief Accountant.
• Perform other tasks as required.

• Graduated from a University/College majoring in Accounting or Auditing.
• Proficient in office computer skills.
• Priority given to candidates with equivalent positions’ experience.
• Good accounting skills, proficient in Misa accounting software.
• Careful, diligent, and honest.

• Salary: 8-10 million VND, negotiable based on qualifications.
