Mô tả công việc
- Phụ trách thu mua thủy sản.
- Thỏa thuận giá với nhà cung cấp, báo giá lại cho cấp trên.
- Kiểm tra cảm quan và phân định nguồn nguyên liệu đầu vào.
- Theo dõi, giám sát quá trình làm hàng của nhà máy thủy sản để đảm bảo chất lượng đạt yêu cầu của khách hàng và công ty đề ra.
- Báo cáo chất lượng sản phẩm theo từng lô hàng, từng hợp đồng hoặc theo yêu cầu của khác công ty.
- Thực hiện các công tác khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Tốt nghiệp ĐH/CĐ/Trung cấp các ngành liên quan đến thủy sản (Công nghệ chế biến thủy sản, Kỹ thuật chế biến và bảo quản thủy sản…) Công nghệ thực phẩm, Kỹ sư thủy sản…
- Kỹ năng chuyên môn tốt, chịu áp lực cao trong công việc.
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm kiểm hàng thủy sản và đảm nhiệm được việc thu mua được hàng hóa.
Quyền lợi
- Lương cơ bản từ 7 triệu. Hoa hồng tính theo lượng hàng làm được theo quy định của công ty.

Job description
- Responsible for seafood procurement.
- Negotiate prices with suppliers and provide quotes to superiors.
- Visually inspect and assess the source of raw materials.
- Monitor and supervise the seafood production process at the factory to ensure that the quality meets customer and company requirements.
- Report the quality of products for each batch, each contract, or as requested by other companies.
Perform other tasks as required by superiors.
Candidate requirements
- Graduated from universities/colleges/intermediate schools related to seafood (Seafood processing technology, Seafood processing and preservation techniques…), Food technology, Fisheries engineer, etc.
- Good professional skills, able to handle high-pressure work.
- Priority given to candidates with experience in seafood inspection and procurement.
